OPERATIVE UNTIL END OF SPRING TERM 2005

Unlike most other agencies we are not afraid to publish our rates. These rates are those used by most authorities and are the APT and C grades currently being paid.

Notes:

Due to the way in which supply work is paid for the Local Educational Authorities, holiday pay is included in the daily rate paid. This is because the annual salary is divided by the number of working days in schools available, being 195. Primary Supply adopts the same basis for payment of salaries.
Scale 15 is the maximum rate of pay for supply work.
Supply staff working for Primary Supply are eligible for an annual increment when 130 days have been worked in LEA controlled schools. The increment takes effect from the start of the Autumn Term each year.
