But, because institutional funds are involved, any incentive scheme must mean that we provide that incentive for the institution rather than the individual making the decision (unless the beneficiary is a supply teacher). We do this because it is important to us that nobody is compromised, and we are sure that all clients appreciate that this is the way we need to be seen to operate!
